Scottsdale Art Week Help Wanted

Need one person to help load and unload the truck for Scottsdale Art Week.

DATE & TIME: March 18, 2026, 10:30 am to about 3:30 pm, and March 22, 2026, 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
WHERE: WestWorld of Scottsdale, North Hall, 16601 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85260

REQUIREMENTS:
Male, between the ages of 18 and 30.
In good health and in good shape, able to lift 50 to 175 pounds, not by oneself but working with others.
Follow directions carefully.
Being able to focus on the task.
Must limit your smartphone use while working.
Must be dependable and show up on time.

TYPICAL TASKS:

Rolling work, pedestals, tools, and ladders to and from the booth to the truck using dollies.
Neatly folding & stacking the moving blankets (about 4 dozen+), and returning them to the truck.
Unwrapping and rewrapping the 14+ pedestals.
Unwrapping and rewrapping the furniture and sculpture.
Help installing wall pieces and photos-requires using an 8’ ladder.

PAYMENT: $20.00/hour paid in cash.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment for both days will be made by 10:00 pm on Sunday.
